In addition, the cluster units offer a flexible range of sizes, styles and types of space including, for example, the ability to incorporate a mezzanine level in the warehouse section. Each unit is finished to the highest standard and comes with between five and eight dedicated car parking spaces. Sizes range from 295.6 m² and 485.9 m² and all are available on a sale or long term letting basis.
