In addition to Axis Business Park, we are involved in a number of other projects.

Droim Liath is a 175 home development, the final phase of which was completed in 2007. Two homes remain, with prices starting at only €199,000. Our home package includes an unbelievable 12 month price guarantee.
Central Business Park is a purpose-built business campus comprising flexible work spaces for sale and to let. Block 3 and Block 5 have full planning permission and we can provide any type of office facility that an occupier may require. The Park has top quality infrastructure throughout and extensive landscaping and parking.
Wellwood Healthcare Park is located on a 22 acre site in the centre of Tullamore Town, adjacent to the Midland Regional Hospital. Our vision is for Wellwood to become a leading centre for medical treatment, education and research and development. Phase I, which has already commenced, comprises a state-of-the-art 70 bed private hospital.
Tullamore Court Hotel is part owned by JFD and is a contemporary four star hotel with 104 guest bedrooms and purpose built conference centre. The hotel has recently undertaken a management contract for City North Hotel, which has a landmark setting on the M1, 15 minutes from Dublin Airport.
