Marketing suite launch

Almost 100 people attended the launch of the new marketing suite at Axis Business Park, which has been created by the Developer, John Flanagan Developments Ltd, to provide potential occupants with information on the Park, the opportunity to take a site tour and review the current for sale and to let opportunities. These include signature sites at the entrance to the Park, high profile sites, cluster units and a range of design and build options. Accompanying the marketing suite launch today is a new website - www.axisbusinesspark.ie.
The Park, which extends over 17 hectares (42 acres), comprises modern facilities designed to cater for the needs of a range of industrial, warehouse and trade operations. To date, more than 30 individual owner/occupiers and landlords have purchased over 22,300 m2 of space, valued in excess of €35 million, attracted by the excellent standard of finish throughout, combined with its strategic and accessible location.
Speaking at the launch, John P Flanagan, Joint Managing Director, John Flanagan Developments said:
