High profile sites
In addition to the Motor showroom and the Petrol filling station sites, there are a number of high profile sites currently available at Axis Business Park. JFD, the developer, also offers potential occupiers a range of design & build options, as well as for sale and to let opportunities.

High profile sites currently available include:
- Industrial/warehouse unit site: A corner site within the Park which extends to an area of approximately 0.69 hectares (1.6 acres). The site has full planning permission for a warehouse building of approximately 2,312 m2 together with an extensive yard area.
- Clusters units phase III: This is a high profile corner site situated close to the main entrance to Axis Business Park and with excellent profile to the Park’s internal roads. - Road frontage sites: There are a number of sites available directly fronting the main Tullamore to Athlone road (N80) which are zoned as industrial in the current Development Plan. - Other sites: There are a number of serviced sites immediately available in Axis Business Park from 0.2 hectares (0.5 acres) zoned as industrial in the current Development Plan. These sites include sites 4, 6 and 7 with sites 3, 5 and 8 having good visibility from the Western Relief Road. All sites are well serviced by internal roads.
