There are eight different types of unit available

An occupier can customise the unit space if required, for example adding a mezzanine level
All units are available for sale or on a long term lease from the developer

Axis Business Park has a number of cluster units. Phase I is fully completed and sold.

Phase II cluster units were completed in late 2007. A total of 17 units have been sold to date and 11 remain available, with unit 14 available as 4 seperate units. Some of the remaining units has a ground floor warehouse space with accompanying office space on the ground and first floors. Sizes range from 82.4 m² to 485.9 m² and each unit comes with dedicated car parking spaces.

Phase III has full planning permission for nine individual units providing total accommodation of approximately 2,629 m² and has a corner site location, close to the entrance of the Park. This site is currently available as a high profile site for sale.
