John Flanagan Developments Limited have secured Outline Planning Permission (reg. Ref 09/303) for construction of a restuarant with drive thru' facilities incorporating a sit-in restaurant at Axis Business Park on the main Tullamore to Athlone road (N80).

The site is prominently located close to the main roundabout entrance to Axis Business Park, with direct frontage on to the N80. It immediately adjoins the proposed new Applegreen petrol station and Toyota showrooms.

The site extends to an area of approx. 0.3396 Ha (0.84 acres), is regular in shape and is access from the internal estate road.

Quoting price is €750,000 (subject to contract) which includes the site and the benefit of outline planning permission.
